Who this is for

Newly registered companies that need an account in the business’s name, and foreign-owned entities navigating bank requirements for the first time. A company bank account separates your business from your personal money, and most clients and suppliers expect to pay a business, not an individual.

What’s included

  • A checklist of exactly what your chosen bank requires.
  • Preparation of the company documents the bank needs — certificate, resolutions, director details.
  • Guidance on choosing a bank that fits how you trade.
  • Support through the application to the account being opened.

What do the banks ask for?

Banks typically want your PACRA incorporation documents, a ZRA TPIN, directors’ identification and a board resolution to open the account. If any of those are missing we can put them in place first — we often do the PACRA and ZRA steps in the same engagement.

Common questions

Can you open the account without me? Banks require the directors for verification, but we remove the guesswork and the repeat trips by getting your file right before you go in. For foreign owners we advise on what can be done remotely.

What does it cost? We quote per job and email you a PDF quotation. Any bank charges are set by the bank and confirmed in your written quote.
